Weekend In Reflection-Shadow Shot Sunday

I've never "combined" two memes before in one post, but this one worked so well, I just had to.  I was at Wichita Botanical Gardens leaning over to look into the pond at the fish--there I was---both my reflection and my shadow.  Instant "two in one"!!!  The picture below is of a huge albino catfish in the pond.

The first one is so cool ! I like this kind of self portrait, playing with the reflection and the shadow at the same time...

The reflection creates a fantasy world of colour and shape! Just beautiful!

The photo artist is busily at work. So we viewers are blessed with the artist in life size and much greater! The catfish has his unattractive shape and whiskers, yet that pale hue gives the creature a warm appearance. The combination of fish and photographer is delightful!

Oh my gosh, Mickie ... is an incredible shot! Congrats. I love the clouds on the post underneath too. I combined my SkyWatch and SSS this week, which I like to keep separate too.

Have a wonderful weekend,

Shadow and reflection both in one shot--you win!

WONDERFUL NONSENSE

A shadow’s a wonderful thing;
O listen! Can you hear it sing?
It tells of a time
Before there was crime—
Trust that and you’ll trust anything!

ah, this is remarkable. I love those shots. It almost looks as if the shadows are in the clouds. Spectacular!

Sweden is covered with Forgetmenots now. I will probably post more of them.
