That is very true.I hope you have a great weekend :-)
I have not seen one heron this summer along the creeks out here by the house. By now we have usually had some visitors. Yours is so pretty. It is look he is standing there saying..”Please take my picture.” Genie
Awesome captures! Such a beautiful bird and I love the watery reflections, Mickie!! And your new header is breathtaking! What an incredible shot and a truly glorious way to begin or end a day! Hope you have a wonderful weekend!Sylvia
Great shots, Mickie. When I see herons, they are usually hiding in the reeds or flying--how thoughtful of this one to pose for you!
These are really good shots. I think I said previously that I'm still waiting to take a shot of one of these that is half decent. I doubt that it will be as good as these when the opportunity arrives.
The first one is good, Mickie, but I love the second one where he's walking!— KKay, Alberta, CanadaAn Unfittie's Guide to Adventurous Travel
I do enjoy watching these patient hunters.
Great shots Mickie. Your haiku is right on....:)
Such lovely shots of a beautiful subject! It looks like he's posing for you.
Beautiful bird reflection!Weekend Reflection
Great shots...love the reflections
Oh...he posed for you! Great reflections, I really like the second one with the little ripples in the water.
These birds are the high priests of introspection. Beautiful, Mickey.
that is just amazing ..such a special moment to capture
Nice pictures, a sequence very good with beautiful lights and reflections in the water.
Wonderful bird and reflection in water. Great work.I do love the picture in you header:-)Happy Sunday!
Love the reflections. Great shots of the heron.
The look so very majestic because of their height yet a bit awkward for the same reason. It's fun to watch them sneak up and nab a fish.
great shots of the heron. And what a gorgeous header you have now. It is stunning.
Impressed. Beautiful shots of the Heron. Wonderful work.
Lovely images and words.
Nice catch; especially love the reflection in the last photo.
When we lived on the horse farm, I saw these every day. I miss them so much.Great shots, Mickie.
