The Magic of Sand
I've decided Art is Anything that Anyone does using Any kind of media. That's what makes it so interesting!!! A friend sent me images of this year's 2010 Sand Castle competition entries from Harrison Hotspring, British Columbia, Canada. Quite detailed, quite unique, and quite interesting.

I agree. This is truly "in-the-moment" art. It would be fascinating to watch them create these sculptures.
I agree too. As the subject is so fictional and abstract at times, it can't be anything else but art.
I've got a set of sand sculpture pictures within a series of posts that I want to do from 2009, but they are no-where near as good as this. Nice photos.
