Mickie,How do you get so close without them flitting off into another nectar of beauty?
I love them.
Butterflys add such beauty to our gardens.

How lovely your butterfly photographs are! They love the Lantana, don't they? I collect all things butterfly - my hubby gave me a butterfly jacket earlier this week; here's the post: http://yellanmildred.blogspot.com/2011/07/white-wednesday.html

Hope you have a nice afternoon.

Beautiful, so beautiful.

When I was sitting in the back yard today....a little white butterfly just kept fluttering around me.... I loved it, but didn't have my camera with me.

Hi, Mickie.
It's nice to know you.
I was attracted to your photos and words.
I like especially "Garden treasure to behold" It's nice phrase.

Beautiful photos. What species is the first one? I've never seen that butterfly before, and it's beautiful.

Great butterfly shots, and a very nice variety. I've been chasing a huge monarch around for the past week, but the second he sees me sneaking up with my camera, he takes off.

Beautiful! Your photos are really amazing Mickie -- plus it is really hard to shoot butterflies -- they flit! Thanks for sharing -- just beautiful.
