I live on a golf course which has several lakes around it. It is home to many forms of wildlife. A short walk around one of the lakes yielded these shots. How lucky am I!!!!
You are very fortunate to see (and photograph!) so many different creatures while walking around one lake. Golf courses have their benefits, even when one is not golfing!
I like your Skywatch post, too. The last shot is really good with its added color!
This is a great set of images. It is very difficult to get decent shots of some of your subjects. I have never been successful with a Heron yet. You have done well with the Rabbits and the squirrel.
Hi Mickie! How lucky indeed! It would be wonderful to have all those lovely critters in my backyard. Though I do have the rabbits and they like to muncha-muncha on my flowers. Oh well.
Thanks for visiting my blog and your sweet comments!
I love this post :) I always enjoy your flowers but it is ace to see your wildlife which of course is a little different to what we might see here. Yep, you are lucky...I see that you have lots of nature parks in your area with lots of lakes. I recognise the heron, ducks, geese and squirrel. I don't know the little birds... and is the third one a rabbit or a hare? As you already know we don't have terrapins or turtles...lovely post Mickie, thanks for sharing

LUCKY! I love that top squirrel - so FAT! The bird pulling the worm is wonderful ... as they all are. Very nice walk!
Very lucky! Those are wonderful.
How lovely to see so much wildlife on a walk :-)
Wonderful shots.
